Grief is a normal response to loss. The grief experience following
an abortion can impact people in many ways. It is a normal reaction
and with help and time you can get past your feelings of extreme
sadness.
For some of us, a spiritual-based program or therapist is
helpful. For others, a more traditional approach to grief counseling
works well. Choose the one you think is right for you.
